Estate sale in Waco Georgia

We came across this one by chance, a final day estate sale in Waco, GA run by Southern Estate Sales. Sometimes the best stops are the ones you didn't plan for.

This haul leans into Georgia Tech spirit and small pocketable pieces. There's a wooden wall clock with a Georgia Tech logo and a yellow jacket at the center, its hands and numbers all still intact. Alongside it came a handful of pinbacks, including a Georgia Tech Gator Bowl button with its ribbon still attached, a Go Jackets button, and a couple of other pins and tokens mixed in.

There's also a tall stack of old cardboard hand fans with printed scenes on the front and wooden handles, the kind that used to get passed out at churches or businesses. We didn't dig into where these particular ones came from, but there's a good stack of them.

We picked up two Kennedy rocking chairs that will not be resold, but will go to my son's new home in Tuscaloosa.
