Latest Haul from the Auction House

EXAMPLE POST — delete or rewrite before publishing. The structure above shows you what a haul post looks like with linked items.

Last week we packed out the estate of a retired Anniston physician. Three generations of carefully kept things — every drawer organized, every book in its place. The medical library alone filled two trucks: tooled-leather case studies, anatomy plates, a near-complete run of mid-century JAMA.

The furniture leans Heywood-Wakefield era — walnut and atomic-print upholstery, the kind of mid-century pieces that move fast on Etsy when the photos are right. We lucked into a pair of armchairs in original fabric that we're listing across three platforms.

And the ephemera — letters, prints, a few signed pieces — is the real surprise. Including a framed Audubon print that the family had no idea was the real thing.

Highlights below. More items being researched, photographed, and listed over the next two weeks. Follow us on Instagram for daily posts as new pieces from this haul come online.
