An August haul from Tucker Auctions

This one came from Tucker Auctions, picked up on August 14, 2026.

The centerpiece of the box is a hefty old Bible titled The Pictorial Bible, with heavily embossed covers and a metal clasp, held together in remarkably solid condition for its age. Alongside it came a stack of vintage photographs and ephemera, including images of Birmingham and a Falstaff beer delivery scene, plus a shot of a well documented shop interior in Ladonia, TX with a row of men at counters. There's also a photo of a Pabst delivery truck parked outside a storefront.

Mixed in with the paper goods is a small stack of horse-related books and guides, a spiral-bound booklet or two, and a folding paper map titled "Pilgrim's Map of the Holy Land." A shallow box of costume jewelry rounds out the lot, mostly beaded and metal pieces tangled together as they came out of the box.

More photos and details will go up as I get things cleaned, sorted, and listed across the shops. Keep an eye out as these make their way online.
