Vintage novelty comic souvenir card printed "Missouri's Land of the Ozarks," with a string-tied mailing tag attached. The cartoon, titled "After You Madam," shows a spotted dog perched atop a fire hydrant beside a woman in a green dress and hat, in front of a pink brick wall. The card measures about 6 x 3.3 inches; with the tag the piece is about 9.6 inches long. Used condition, clean and bright with light edge wear; the string is intact.

The tag reads "Greetings — From / To — Postage 1 1/2 Cents," so the card was meant to be mailed as is. The reinforced tag hole carries a Dennison grommet stamp and a small round maker's logo with a tree. Pencil "15" on the tag. The backs of both pieces are blank.

A fun piece of mid-century roadside souvenir humor for Ozarks, Missouri and novelty mail collectors.
